01 — What we ship
Grades, to ReMA/ISRI specification
We trade to published specification, not to description. Every contract names the grade, the weight tolerance, and the claims mechanism before a single truck is called.

Three structural advantages, not sales claims
Origin is not branding in this trade — it changes what your clearing agent does at the port and what lands in your furnace.
PSIC exempt at designated ports
Canada is on India's pre-shipment-inspection exemption list, alongside the US, EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Cargo still clears radiation and explosives scanning — but the PSIC cost and the days it adds come off your landed cost. Exemption requires direct shipment, with no intermediate country.
Low-residual North American metal
Ontario's industrial and demolition arisings are dry, well-segregated and low in the tramp elements that force dilution in the melt. Less dirt and concrete per tonne means the price you pay is closer to the steel you actually get.
Enforceable, in plain English
Canadian common-law sales contracts, an identifiable and incorporated counterparty, and documentation that a negotiating bank accepts without argument. If something goes wrong, there is a named company and a jurisdiction behind the invoice.
03 — Load protocol
Seven steps between our purchase order and your furnace
Containerized metal fails in predictable ways: short weights, hidden dirt, sealed cylinders, radiation rejections at the gate. Every step below exists to close one of those gaps — and each produces a document that travels with the shipment.
Grade at source
Material is inspected and sorted at the supplying yard before purchase. Off-spec pieces are rejected at our cost, not loaded and argued about later.
Certified weighbridge
Every inbound truck crosses a certified scale. Tickets are retained and reconciled against the container's final net weight.
Layered photographic record
The container is photographed empty, then at each loading layer, then sealed. You see the whole load, not a staged photo of the door.
Prohibited-items check
Physical check for sealed vessels, gas cylinders, ballasts, capacitors, oil and liquids — the items that stop a container at an Indian port.
Radiation scan & certificate
Each container is scanned and issued a radiation certificate before departure. No scanned container, no bill of lading.
Independent surveyor seal
A third-party surveyor witnesses the load, records the weight, and applies the seal. The seal number appears on the B/L and in your document set.
Document set on presentation
Invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, surveyor report, radiation certificate and weighbridge tickets — presented complete, so your bank pays without discrepancy.
04 — Commercial terms
How we trade
Payment
Irrevocable letter of credit at sight, advised through a Canadian bank. Confirmed LC where country risk warrants. Trial lots may be done against advance payment.
Pricing
Firm offers CFR your discharge port, valid for a stated window. Repeat buyers can price off an index-linked formula rather than renegotiating every load.
Weight & tolerance
Contracted net weight with a stated tolerance, settled against surveyor-certified weight. Discrepancies are resolved on documents, not on assertion.
Claims
A written claims window and mechanism in every contract, with photographic and surveyor evidence as the reference. We would rather settle a fair claim than lose a buyer.
Volume
From a single trial container to standing monthly programmes. We would rather start you at one container and earn the tenth than oversell the first.
Routing
Direct sailings to Nhava Sheva and Mundra, with Chattogram, Port Qasim and Southeast Asian ports served on request. Direct shipment preserves PSIC exemption.

If you run a yard, a demolition contractor, a machine shop or a plant with steady arisings, you are almost certainly selling into the domestic chain at a discount because exporting is somebody else's business. Make it ours.
